    luxurious stay but breakfast needs improvement

    The Corner Junior Suite was spacious and beautifully furnished, offering amazing views that enhanced our experience. The attentive staff were really good too accommodate our needs, we felt special during our two-night stay. We enjoyed the pools and spas.

    Breakfast service could use better organization to minimize wait times.

    The grand resort has the best water quality in the spa and pool, perfect for relaxation. The staff in the spa are attentive and work hard to provide great service. It's a nice escape, surrounded by peace and tranquility.

    The room was spacious and luxurious, equipped with air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a balcony. The spa facilities were great, with indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, and a hot tub. They offered very nice massages like couples treatments and foot massages. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh pastries and a variety of juices.

    actually everything was well-maintained, my next choice again in bad ragaz. the breakfast was sensational and well presented with yoghurt and options for both alacarte, as for instance. the private parking was on site, exceptional service.

    Highly recommended for couples seeking relaxation

    The wellness area was a sanctuary, with pools that were just amazing for unwinding. The breakfast at Verve was excellent, a real highlight that started our days off strong with a variety of delicious options.

    It wasn't cheap, but honestly, what in life really is.

    the hotel prices are to much high.the hotel staff dont let the guests stay in the spa facilitiys after check out time or to have late cheek out.

    The spa and massage facilities were good, although only 1 out of 3 massages was excellent.

    The staff was over friendly and almost insistent while not particularly efficient. Some things did not work in the room.
